Position: Cluster Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations for the cluster properties, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and IHG standards.
• Manage the accounting team, providing leadership and development.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a cluster hotel role.
• Smart, multitasking, and loves delivering outstanding guest experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel financial management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and hotel accounting systems.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
