Position: Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, and income audit.
• Assist the Financial Controller with month end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of taxes and suppliers.
• Train and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Assistant FC in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel finance procedures.
• Proficient in hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
