Position: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, and income audit.
- Assist the Financial Controller with month end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of taxes and suppliers.
- Train and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Assistant FC in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel finance procedures.
- Proficient in hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
