Position: Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
- Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and entered into the inventory system.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the receiving bay and storage areas.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Distribute received items to the respective departments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receiving or storeroom role, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting heavy items.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Good communication skills.
