Position: Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
  • Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and entered into the inventory system.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the receiving bay and storage areas.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Distribute received items to the respective departments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receiving or storeroom role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software.
  • Ability to handle physical work, including lifting heavy items.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Good communication skills.
