Position: F&B GUEST RELATION OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests in all F&B outlets, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Actively promote and upsell F&B items, special promotions, and events to achieve sales targets.
• Gather guest feedback and actively listen to any concerns or suggestions.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all menus and beverage lists.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or Guest Relations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Energetic, well presented, and personable.
• Sales driven, with proven ability to upsell F&B items and achieve targets.
• Competent in handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.
• Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
