Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all banquet and event operations, from setup to execution and breakdown.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are met for all meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Lead, train, and schedule the banquet operations team.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary, sales, and audio visual teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage banquet equipment inventory and control operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Operations Manager or senior supervisor in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage large scale events and high pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
• In depth knowledge of F&B operations and event management.
• Based in Bandung.
