Position: Chief Steward

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire stewarding department, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and sanitation.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and food and beverage equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards throughout all kitchen areas.
• Train and supervise the stewarding team, managing schedules and performance.
• Coordinate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Target Oriented.
• Experience in the hotel industry in accordance with their fields (minimum 2 years) preferred.
• Good Attitude, personality, healthy & energetic, hard working, highly motivated & Excellent.
• Good communication skill and goal oriented.
• Able to operate MS. Office & Hotel System VHP.
