Position: Chief Steward
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire stewarding department, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and sanitation.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and food and beverage equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards throughout all kitchen areas.
- Train and supervise the stewarding team, managing schedules and performance.
- Coordinate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female.
- Hospitality background preferred.
- Target Oriented.
- Experience in the hotel industry in accordance with their fields (minimum 2 years) preferred.
- Good Attitude, personality, healthy & energetic, hard working, highly motivated & Excellent.
- Good communication skill and goal oriented.
- Able to operate MS. Office & Hotel System VHP.
