Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B in a luxury hotel environment
- Strategic vision for F&B operations and concept development
- Strong leadership skills to manage a large and diverse team
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills
- Passion for culinary trends and service excellence
- Ability to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
