Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to prevent shortages.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll for the restaurant team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Friendly demeanor with a high level of discipline.
