Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s signature restaurant, ensuring a unique and high quality dining experience.
• Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver engaging and personalized service.
• Develop promotional activities and collaborate with the culinary team on menu engineering.
• Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery, embodying the hotel’s storyteller ethos.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of F&B trends, craft cocktails, and premium dining.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and guest relations skills.
• A “Master Storyteller” who can connect guests to the local culture through food and beverage.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Based in Bandung.
