Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature creations, and non alcoholic drinks.
- Engage with guests, share stories about local ingredients, and provide menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar.
- Manage bar inventory, assist with ordering, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests, acting as a neighborhood expert.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in an upscale bar or 5 star hotel.
- Creative and passionate about mixology and local flavors.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- A “Master Storyteller” with a charismatic personality.
- Good knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail recipes.
- Based in Bandung.
