Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B service operations
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards and procedures
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Support training and development of team members
- Monitor inventory and supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an F&B supervisory role
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
