Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead all culinary operations, overseeing menu development, kitchen production, and food quality.
• Create innovative and high quality dining experiences across all F&B outlets.
• Manage and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Control food costs, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on concept development and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
