Position: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of all quality assurance programs and brand standards.
- Analyze guest feedback from multiple channels (e.g., surveys, social media) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across all hotel departments.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Conrad and Hilton standards.
- Train and champion a culture of service excellence and quality among all team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar role within a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to problem solving.
- In depth knowledge of quality management systems and hotel brand standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
- Fluent in English.
