Position: Asst. Restaurant & Banquet Manager

About the Role:

• Support the management of daily restaurant operations and banquet events.
• Supervise service staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and sales teams for banquet event execution.
• Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
• Manage restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and setup.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Proven experience in F&B supervision, with specific experience in both restaurant and banquet operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events.
• Detail oriented with a focus on service excellence.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in English.
