Position: Cluster Asst. Director of Sales (Corporate Segment)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the corporate segment across the cluster.
- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 (two) years experience in the same position from 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with excellent communication skill
- Results oriented with a focus on revenue and profitability
- Analytical mindset with data driven decision making
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategy to execute market penetration
- Proven track record of customer relation management to increase productivity and sales conversion
