Position: Banquet Sales Manager (Wyndham Panbil Batam)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive banquet and event sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage client accounts from inquiry stage through to event execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase event facilities.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
  • Coordinate with F&B, Culinary, and other operational teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 (two) years experience in the same position from 4 or 5 stars hotel
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with excellent communication skill
  • Results oriented with a focus on revenue and profitability
  • Analytical mindset with data driven decision making
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategy to execute market penetration
  • Proven track record of customer relation management to increase productivity and sales conversion
