Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and prospect new corporate and travel agent accounts.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Surabaya area.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 year experience in similar position
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques & marketing tactics
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership and people management skills, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
- Have a good communication skill in Bahasa and English will be advantage
- Well groomed, hard worker, positive attitude, hospitality oriented
- Able to drive car and have a driver’s license
