Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and prospect new corporate and travel agent accounts.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Surabaya area.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 year experience in similar position
• Deep understanding of negotiating techniques & marketing tactics
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership and people management skills, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
• Have a good communication skill in Bahasa and English will be advantage
• Well groomed, hard worker, positive attitude, hospitality oriented
• Able to drive car and have a driver’s license
