Position: Guest Service Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5 star luxury resort environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
  • Professional, elegant appearance with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback gracefully.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, personalized, and seamless check in and check out experience for all guests.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Promote resort services, facilities, and wellness offerings to enhance the guest stay.
