Position: Head Host

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a guest facing leadership role (e.g., Guest Relations Manager, Head Host) within a luxury resort.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and motivating a team.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a passion for personalized service.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to handle demanding guests and resolve complaints with grace.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Host team (Guest Relations) to ensure a flawless and personalized guest experience from pre arrival to departure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure all special requests and preferences are met.
  • Coordinate with all departments, particularly Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping, to create seamless guest journeys.
  • Train the team to embody the Alila brand standards of service and hospitality.
  • Gather guest feedback and actively resolve any issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
