Position: Guest Service Officer – Casual Worker

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a guest facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Friendly, positive, and engaging personality.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Well groomed and professional appearance.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality students are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office team with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance.
• Support the Guest Service Officers in delivering amenities and handling simple guest requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and guest service areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries politely and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Help with administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
