Position: Guest Relation Officer (DW)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a guest facing role (Front Office or Guest Relations) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Strong problem solving skills and a passion for guest service.
• Well groomed with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their check in and check out process.
• Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Build positive relationships with guests to ensure a memorable stay.
• Assist the Front Office team with daily operations.
