Position: Floor Captain

Responsibilities:

• Lead a section of the restaurant, day club, or night club floor, ensuring excellent service.
• Supervise and support Waiters/Waitresses in the section.
• Engage with guests, ensure satisfaction, and handle any immediate concerns.
• Assist with order taking and service during peak times.
• Ensure the section is properly set up, clean, and organized.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Senior Waiter or Team Leader in a high volume F&B venue.
• Excellent service skills and a deep understanding of F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• A positive and professional demeanor.
• Experience in a Bali club or lifestyle resort is highly desirable.
• Proficient with POS systems.
