Position: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the hotel’s pre-opening procurement strategy, sourcing all FF&E and OS&E.
• Establish and manage relationships with high-quality vendors and suppliers in East Java and beyond.
• Oversee all purchasing, receiving, and storeroom operations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure optimal cost and quality.
• Implement and manage the hotel’s procurement system and inventory controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, with significant pre-opening experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong network of suppliers for luxury hospitality goods.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• A visionary leader with high ethical standards and a commitment to detail.
• Experience in managing complex logistics for pre-opening procurement.
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of the Surabaya and East Java supply chain.
