Position: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all resort procurement, sourcing high quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and inventory control processes.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and manage supplies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
