Position: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hotel’s pre-opening procurement strategy, sourcing all FF&E and OS&E.
- Establish and manage relationships with high-quality vendors and suppliers in East Java and beyond.
- Oversee all purchasing, receiving, and storeroom operations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure optimal cost and quality.
- Implement and manage the hotel’s procurement system and inventory controls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, with significant pre-opening experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong network of suppliers for luxury hospitality goods.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
- A visionary leader with high ethical standards and a commitment to detail.
- Experience in managing complex logistics for pre-opening procurement.
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of the Surabaya and East Java supply chain.
