Position: Receiving Officer
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
- Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and recorded in the inventory system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure receiving area and storeroom.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department and suppliers to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Adhere to all hotel policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and receiving procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receiving, storekeeping, or purchasing role, preferably in a hotel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work systematically.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with other departments.
