Position: Receiving Officer

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and recorded in the inventory system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure receiving area and storeroom.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing department and suppliers to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
• Adhere to all hotel policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and receiving procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receiving, storekeeping, or purchasing role, preferably in a hotel.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work systematically.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with other departments.
