Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
• Assign duties to Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants and inspect their work for quality.
• Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
• Manage room status updates and coordinate with the Front Office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
