Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel information technology systems, including network infrastructure, PMS, and POS.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure data security and compliance with all company policies.
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure seamless IT operations for guests.
- Lead and develop the IT team, implementing new technologies to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
- Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel-specific software (PMS/POS) and network management.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
