Position: IT Manager
Qualifications:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining all technology systems and infrastructure to support hotel operations.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a relative hotel management system is required.
- Ability to manage and support all IT systems within the hotel, ensuring their smooth operation.
- Conduct regular system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal performance of servers and networks.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all IT equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
