Position: IT Manager / Asst. IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure including networks servers and hardware
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies and standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and guests
- Plan and implement IT projects and system upgrades to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage IT budget and vendor relationships for software and hardware procurement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Have enough knowledge of relevant expertise in each area
- Good personality positive attitude and able to work in a team or individual
