Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (Job ID 25176807)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure Marriott brand standards are met.
- Train, motivate, and schedule a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure all staff are aware of VIPs, special requests, and hotel occupancy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent leadership and team training abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and housekeeping management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
