Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (Job ID 25176807)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure Marriott brand standards are met.
  • Train, motivate, and schedule a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure all staff are aware of VIPs, special requests, and hotel occupancy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team training abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS and housekeeping management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
