Position: Loss Prevention Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of security, safety, and loss prevention for the resort.
- Develop and enforce protocols to minimize property loss, ensuring guest and staff safety.
- Conduct regular safety audits, fire drills, and risk assessments.
- Manage the security team, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security or Loss Prevention Manager in a luxury resort.
- Certification in safety, security, and fire prevention (e.g., K3).
- Strong leadership, investigation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local security regulations and emergency procedures.
- Fluent in English.
