Position: Risk Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management and loss prevention strategies across the resort.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance checks.
- Manage security operations, fire safety, and emergency response planning.
- Ensure all operations adhere to local laws, IHG standards, and insurance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Risk Manager, Safety Manager, or Loss Prevention Manager in a large resort.
- Certification in safety, security, and risk assessment (e.g., K3).
- Strong analytical, investigative, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations and insurance requirements.
- Fluent in English.
