Position: Loss Prevention Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Oversee the safety of guests, employees, and hotel property
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Train staff on emergency response and safety protocols
- Investigate security incidents and maintain detailed reports
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Security Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security management within hospitality
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
