Position: FDA (Front Desk Agent)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, and manage guest messages.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially Housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background.
- Min 2 year experience in similar position.
- Good communication, positive attitude and able to work with team.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to join immediately.
