Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at the front desk.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in computer applications and PMS.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
