Position: Guest Relation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Guest Relations Officers to ensure personalized service.
- Handle VIP guest arrivals and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain guest history and preference profiles.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably another language.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Guest-oriented and professional appearance.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PMS.
