Position: Door Greeter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional greeting.
- Assist guests with opening doors and directing them to the reception.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel entrance area.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities.
- Ensure safety and security at the main entrance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
