Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and perform check in/check out tasks
- Handle guest inquiries and provide hotel information
- Maintain the reception desk and guest registration logs
- Assist guests with billing and payment inquiries
- Adhere to all FO service standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- Friendly and hospitable personality
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiar with PMS
- Hospitality degree or vocational equivalent
- Ability to work shifts and busy periods
