Position: Asst. Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and executing strategic sales plans across all market segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure).
- Lead and motivate the sales team, focusing on training, targeting, and maximizing team performance.
- Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts and actively hunt for new business opportunities in the Jakarta market.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and industry networking events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of success in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably in Jakarta.
- Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts within DKI Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
