Position: F&B GUEST RELATION OFFICER / HOSTESS (casual worker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests arriving at the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at the host stand and restaurant entrance.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or F&B Guest Relations in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric attitude.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient with restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- A team player with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
