Position: Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for the All Day Dining restaurant to ensure luxury service standards
- Oversee staff training and performance to maintain high guest satisfaction levels
- Monitor financial targets and implement cost-control measures within the outlet
- Interact with guests to resolve issues and gather feedback on service quality
- Coordinate with the culinary team for menu execution and seasonal promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a five-star resort setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and guest relation abilities in English
- Understanding of F&B financial management and revenue tracking
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
- Attention to detail and a proactive service approach
