Position: Event Service Team Leader (Banquet)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet service operations for meetings, weddings, and special events
- Coordinate with the event planning team to execute specific client requirements
- Guide and train event staff on setup and service standards
- Ensure event venues are maintained and cleaned to resort standards
- Assist in managing equipment inventory and banquet supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Waiter or Team Leader in banquet operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent guest service and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexibly according to event schedules
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Vocational or Diploma degree in Hospitality
- Physical fitness to handle event setup tasks
