Position: Financial Controller (25165508)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel finance leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel accounting, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with Marriott’s financial systems or similar large-scale hotel PMS/finance software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial reports to senior management.
