Position: Order Taker
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all incoming guest calls, coordinating requests for Housekeeping and Maintenance services.
- Log and track all guest requests in the system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain accurate communication logs and report any ongoing or unresolved issues to the respective supervisor.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient assistance to all internal and external callers.
- Assist the Front Office team with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Monitor the flow of information between departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and local area information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Taker, Call Center Agent, or a related role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel telecommunication and computer systems (PMS).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be available to work as a **Daily Worker (DW)** with flexible hours, which is common for Seminyak hotel jobs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering memorable guest service in the Bali hospitality scene.
