Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury resort environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and service standards
- Exceptional communication and guest relation skills
