Position: Chef de Partie, Robatayaki
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Robatayaki grilling techniques, including handling charcoal, heat control, and Japanese ingredients
- Ability to ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation according to brand standards
- Strong kitchen organization skills with the ability to supervise Commis staff and maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
