Position: Chef De Partie Pastry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef in Pastry
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and bakery items
- Ability to supervise and train junior staff
- Commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
