Position: Head Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- Pre-opening experience in culinary operations is a plus
- Strong culinary skills and menu development expertise
- Leadership ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
- Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards
- Cost control and inventory management skills
- Creative and passionate about food
